The Body Swing assessment is the first step in all new clients’ journeys here at The Sand Trapp. It is necessary because it allows for the coach to analyze both your body and swing so that they can best navigate your swing changes! We utilize the TPI body assessment, Swing Catalyst cameras, 3D AI Sportbox, and many more tools to best assess every client.
If you are completely new to golf, a full assessment is not necessary so you can skip this step. If you have been golfing and looking to get better, this step is integral in your journey!

A golf performance token can be used for 1 golf lesson OR 1 personal training session. Our philosophy is rooted in the hybrid approach where each body is different and the physical affects the technical. Depending on your needs, our expert coaches can pinpoint whether you need just technical lessons, physical sessions, or a mix of both and pair you with the appropriate coach. With our tokens, you aren’t restricted to one or the other allowing all of our clients flexibility in their paths to improving their overall golf game!

At The Sand Trapp, we utilize Foresight products with 3 of our hitting bays equipped with GC Hawk systems and our 4th hitting bay equipped with a GC Quad system.
All hitting bays are capable of tracking 14 unique club and ball data points, more than enough for you to learn more about your game.
All hitting bays are also equipped with dual Swing Catalyst slow motion cameras that auto-detect each swing making swing analysis a breeze.

We use both FSX Play and GS Pro apps which gives you over 2,200 virtual golf courses to enjoy. From Augusta to Pebble Beach, to local courses like Ruby Hill and Castlewood, we have all of the courses you’ve been wanting and needing to play.
